Engines of Fury

Engines of Fury has officially launched on the Epic Games Store, marking its public debut for PC players worldwide. The title uniquely combines a shooter-style game with a player-driven economy and introduces blockchain integration in a post-apocalyptic setting.

The launch opens full access to players after months of testing and previews. The team also introduced a reward campaign alongside the release to celebrate the milestone.

Gameplay and Core Mechanics

Engines of Fury is a top-down extraction shooter that follows a PvPvE format—Player vs Player vs Environment. This means players face not only computer-controlled enemies but also real opponents competing for the same objectives.

In each match, survivors must scavenge for resources, craft better equipment, and escape with their loot before being eliminated. The gameplay emphasizes survival, looting, and strategy. Players can freely customize characters through skills, weapons, and armor combinations.

Token and Reward System

The launch comes with a live reward campaign offering a 1,000,000 $FURY token prize pool. Rewards are distributed through in-game performance, crafting, and event participation.

Engines of Fury uses a dual-token system. $ALLOY serves as the in-game, off-chain currency, while $FURY is the on-chain token that supports trading, crafting rare items, and NFT interactions. Players can still enjoy the full game experience without connecting a wallet.

Accessibility and Future Plans

Engines of Fury is a free-to-play game, meaning that anyone can start playing without the need for money. Players are allowed to take part in PvPvE missions, level up characters, and play the campaign for free.

The devs want to keep the game fresh with new seasons, a guild system, and cross-platform play. In addition, they intend to improve the token economy with the next marketplace changes.

Conclusion

The game Engines of Fury is now available on Epic Games and is one of the very few blockchain shooters to be on a major mainstream platform. The launch is a signal of how Web3 developers are getting ready for bigger audiences while keeping their games accessible and balancing traditional and blockchain features.
